Refund Policy
- If returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipment related expenses.
- Items may be returned up to 7 days from receiving the order. We only accept resalable items in its original packaging with the tags attached and in the same state as received, unused and undamaged.
- Personalised items are made to order; we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges for personalised pieces once your order has been submitted.
- After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product or refund as soon as possible.
